Ethiopia (Pour-Over)
Ah, the motherland of all coffee: this washed Ethiopia is incredibly clean and floral, with notes of bluberry and black tea. We think this is excellent when prepared as a pourover.
Every person in the specialty coffee industry can remember that first cup that changed their view of what coffee could taste like. For me, it was a washed Ethiopia. What a revelation! Ever since then, I’ve had a preference for natural Ethiopian coffees, and this is fantastic even when compared to others of that type from this origin. No other coffee reminds me of that first cup more than this one. I’m happy to be able to share this experience with you.
